How long does air freight delivery take?
Our air freight shipments typically arrive in Jamaica within 3–5 business days after they reach our US warehouse.
Do you charge a membership fee for the US mailing address?
No — your US mailing address is completely FREE. You only pay for shipping and any applicable duties/taxes once your package arrives.
What can I ship in a barrel or box?
You can ship clothes, household items, non-perishable food, and personal goods. Restricted or prohibited items (like weapons, perishable foods, or hazardous materials) cannot be shipped.
Can you shop online for me?
Yes! Our Shopping Assistance service allows us to purchase items on your behalf from any US store. We handle the payment, consolidation, and shipping, so you get your order hassle-free.
Do you deliver to my area in Jamaica?
We provide door-to-door delivery across major towns in Jamaica. For areas outside our delivery zones, you can collect your packages from our warehouse at no additional cost.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on weight, size (dimensional weight), and destination. Rates start from $7 USD per lb for air freight and $55 USD for half barrels by sea.
